A crisp, buttery pastry case filled with a rich savoury custard, peppers, courgette, red onion and creamy goat’s cheese, finished with chives and a touch of salt and pepper, then baked until just set and golden.

Serves approx: 10-14 people Measurement 9 inches diameter and is perfect served warm or cold with a fresh salad. Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Running late? We’re happy to help where we can (minimum 48hrs notice), but a £10 fee applies to orders placed with under 7 days’ notice. Please call us to see if we can accommodate your order.
