With over 35 years of experience, Lynne’s journey began under the guidance of the legendary Joyce Molyneux at The Carved Angel in Dartmouth. Since then, she’s honed her skills as a pâtisserie chef in some of the South West’s finest boutique hotels. Known for her high standards and meticulous attention to detail, Lynne has always prioritised flavour, using locally sourced ingredients to create cakes that not only look beautiful but taste unforgettable.

Where are we?

Situated in Honeybourne near the charming village of Broadway in the North Cotswolds, our brand-new, purpose-built cake kitchen and bakery is open from 8am to 4pm , Tuesday to Saturday.
