Our Autumnal Bakes & Drinks Line-Up

Autumn has officially arrived at Sliced, and we’re fully embracing it.

The counter is filled with autumnal bakes, the drinks menu has had a seasonal switch-up, and there are plenty of reasons to wrap up warm and head to Honeybourne for a little treat.

From sticky toffee and cinnamon to pumpkin spice, maple and blackberry, here’s what you can find at Sliced this autumn.

Meet Our October Specials

Every month, we create two limited-edition pastry specials, and October’s pair are bringing all the autumn vibes.

Sticky Toffee Cruffin

If there was ever a bake made for autumn, this might be it.

Our Sticky Toffee Cruffin is filled with smooth vanilla crème pâtissière and topped with sticky toffee cake and a generous drizzle of toffee sauce.

Flaky pastry, creamy filling, soft cake and plenty of sticky toffee goodness, it’s rich, comforting and everything we want from our autumnal bakes.

Pistachio & Raspberry Pain au Chocolat

Next up is our Pistachio & Raspberry Pain au Chocolat.

Filled with raspberry jam and pistachio frangipane, it’s topped with more pistachio frangipane before being baked and finished with freeze-dried raspberries and pistachio nuts.

Sweet, nutty, fruity and flaky, it brings something a little different to our October line-up.

Both specials are only here for the month, so make sure you try them while you can.

The seasonal goodness doesn’t stop with our monthly specials. We’ve got plenty more waiting on the counter.

Our Pear & Honey Bun is filled with pear and honey, then topped with crumble and almonds. It’s fruity, sweet and finished with just the right amount of crunch.

You’ll also find our classic Cinnamon Bun, packed with that warming cinnamon flavour that just feels right at this time of year.

And for the cookie fans, there’s our Dulce De Leche Chocolate Chip Cookie, because sometimes all you need on an autumn afternoon is a really good cookie and a coffee.

Whether you’re grabbing a coffee on your morning commute, meeting a friend for a catch-up or treating yourself to something sweet, our seasonal menu is made for those little autumn moments. We’ll be keeping the counter stocked with plenty of autumnal bakes throughout the season, so there’s always something worth popping in for.

Our Autumn Drinks Have Entered the Chat

Obviously, we couldn’t bring out the autumnal bakes without giving our drinks menu a seasonal update too.

This year’s autumn drinks are all about cosy flavours with a Sliced twist:

Black Americano with Maple Cold Foam – your usual Americano, upgraded with a sweet maple cold foam.

Salted Vanilla Iced Latte with Maple Cold Foam – sweet, salty, creamy and finished with maple.

Dirty Pumpkin Spiced Chai – warming chai, pumpkin spice and a shot of coffee for an extra kick.

Almond Croissant Iced Latte with Cold Foam – inspired by one of our favourite pastries and turned into an iced coffee.

Pumpkin Spice Matcha with Cold Foam – matcha meets the ultimate autumn flavour.

Iced Blackberry Matcha – fruity blackberry paired with matcha for something a little different.
