 A crisp, buttery pastry filled with sweet raspberry jam and soft almond frangipane, topped with flaked almonds and baked to golden perfection.

Serves approx: 10-14 people
Measurement: 9 inches diameter
and is perfect with a spoonful of cream or custard.

Our cakes are made by hand in our bakery. We use many ingredients and shared equipment, therefore we cannot guarantee our food and drinks are free from allergens.

Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
Running late? We’re happy to help where we can (minimum 48hrs notice), but a £10 fee applies to orders placed with under 7 days’ notice. Please call us to see if we can accommodate your order.
Collection days: Tuesday-Saturday from the Bakery, between 8.30 am and 3.30 pm.

Ingredients & Allergens

  • Almonds (nuts)
  • Flour (wheat/gluten)
  • Butter (milk/dairy)
  • Sugar
  • Eggs (eggs)
  • Cherry jam – cherries, sugar, citric acid, fruit concentrates
  • Almond flavouring

Storage & Cooking

Keep in an air-tight container for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

To reheat, cover with foil and warm in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
